EFFECT OF EURO IN INCREASING THE COVID-19 RISE IN EUROPE

 We are facing a reoccurring phase of the pandemic in many areas of the world and at the same time vaccination drives are going on too, because of which many people misconceived the situation and start thinking that now there is time to go maskless, people again started their holiday trips but this time with a confidence that they are vaccinated and now they are more powerful than the virus.

Let’s have a look at the similar scenario in Europe, as EURO CUP happened supporters/fans reached in heavy amount to witness the games and enjoy their time, a crowd of approx. 40000 fans were there out without the masks at Wembley, maintaining social distance is not possible in any way when such heavy crowds are there, this caused rise to the cases of delta variant of virus in many cities in Europe, despite having a high death rate in cities matches were still conducted and this resulted in a fresh spike in covid-19 cases.
